||The Karnataka Milk Federation, Bangalore invites tenders from eligible tenderers for the supply of the goods listed below:
1) Uniform General suiting cloth 2400 metres
2) Uniform General Shirting cloth 4400 metres
3) Khaki suiting cloth 420 metres
4) Uniform Saree 366 nos.
5) Uniform Blouse material 550 metres
6) Footwear : a) Shoe with socks 1068 pairs
b) Ladies chappal 183 pairs
||The tenderers may submit tenders for any or all of the goods given above. Tenderers are advised to note the qualification criteria specified in Section VII to qualify for award of the contract.
||Tender documents may be purchased from the office of Managing Director, K.M.F. (Purchase Department) from 05-04-2010 to 19-04-2010 during office hours up to 04.00 P.M, for non-refundable fee of Rs.1,150/-(Rupees one thousand one hundred fifty only) in the form of cash or Demand Draft/Pay Order on any Nationalized/Scheduled bank payable at Bangalore in favour of Managing Director – KMF. Interested tenderers may obtain further information at the same address. Tender documents requested by mail will be dispatched by courier/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.100/-. The KMF will not be held responsible for the postal delay if any, in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same.
||Tenders must be accompanied by security of the amount specified in the tender document, drawn in favour of Managing Director, KMF. Earnest money deposit will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the Tender document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender ie. total -135 days.
||) Tenders must be delivered to Purchase Department, KMF on or before 1.00 PM on 20-04-2010 and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the tenders as specified, the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
